Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your CardioX order. This Refund Policy explains your right to return products and how refunds are handled.
1. Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in line with Directive 2011/83/EU where it applies, without giving a reason.
2. Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, products should be returned unused, in their original and unopened packaging, and in resalable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or partially used food supplements may not be eligible for return except where the product is faulty.
3. How to request a refund
To start a return, contact us at info@spinalskeleton.shop with your order details. We will confirm the return address and next steps. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original method of payment (or, for pay-on-delivery orders, by the method agreed with you) within 14 days. We will notify you by email when the refund has been issued.
5. Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable return costs.
